Advertising & licensing disclosure
Who builds
Moreton Bay Insulated Patios is an independent information and referral service operated by MAGIK INK PTY LTD, ABN 23 667 316 350. We are not a builder and do not carry out, contract or supervise building work. When you request a quote, your details are passed to an independent, QBCC-licensed patio builder who services your area, and that builder will contract with you directly. Always check a builder's licence at the QBCC Online Licence Search before signing.
We do not hold a QBCC licence because we do not carry out or contract to carry out building work. Under the Queensland Building and Construction Commission Act 1991, building work valued over $3,300 must be carried out by an appropriately licensed contractor, and licensed contractors' advertising must show their licensed name, a statement that they are licensed under the Act, and their licence number. Builders we refer you to are responsible for their own licensing and contracts.
How this site is funded
Builders may pay Moreton Bay Insulated Patios for referrals, advertising, or the exclusive use of this website in their service area. This doesn't affect the price you pay, and requesting a quote is free.
Prices and guides
Prices shown are indicative market ranges from named third-party sources, not quotes and not our prices. Guides are general information only and not legal or building advice; confirm requirements with your private building certifier.
Reviews, photos and endorsements
We don't publish testimonials or reviews unless they are genuine and verifiable. Photos currently on the site are licensed stock images of example styles, labelled as not being jobs by any builder we refer and credited on the image credits page. Any project photos added later will be supplied by the builder and labelled accordingly. Brand names are used for identification only; we are not a dealer or agent for any manufacturer. The QBCC logo is not used on this site.
