Our model
We are a referral and information service, not a builder. We don't quote prices as our own, take deposits, or carry out, contract or supervise building work. When you request a quote, we pass your details to one independent, QBCC-licensed builder who services your area, and that builder contracts with you directly. Builders may pay us for referrals or advertising — that's how the site is funded, and it costs you nothing.

- Approval information is drawn from City of Moreton Bay, Business Queensland, the Building Regulation 2021 and the Queensland Development Code, and is general information only.
- We don't publish fake reviews, testimonials or project photos. The photos on this site are licensed stock images of example patio styles, labelled as such and credited on our image credits page; they are not jobs by us or any builder we refer. Any real project photos added later will be supplied by the builder and labelled as their work.
