Moreton Bay Insulated Patios is an independent referral service; quotes come from an independent, QBCC-licensed builder who services your area (how it works).
Stratco Outback is Stratco's patio, verandah and carport range, and Cooldek is its insulated sandwich-panel roofing. Outback structures are sold and installed through builders and dealers. This is an independent explainer — we are not a Stratco dealer and don't sell Stratco products.

What the span table tells you
Stratco's design guide gives single-span limits by panel thickness, number of open sides and wind class (N1–N4, regions A and B1). Spans shrink as wind class rises and as more sides are enclosed. For gable patios, Stratco says spans should not exceed those for "one or no open sides". That's why a patio quote should name the wind classification it was designed for.
Price lists
"Stratco Outback price list" is a common search, but installed prices depend on the dealer/builder, size, roof style, slab, engineering and approval. Use our cost guide for indicative installed ranges, and get itemised quotes.
What to ask in a quote
- Exact product, profile and panel thickness (e.g. "100 mm") and colours (top and ceiling).
- The wind classification the design uses and who did the engineering.
- Whether the slab/footings, certifier fees, electrical (approved downlights, fans) and gutters/downpipes are included.
- The builder's QBCC licence number — check it on the QBCC register.
